Reiki is a hands-on method of healing, which channels universal life energy through the practitioner's hands to enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being for the client using the Earth's energy.

It is an art that is passed from master to student as it has been since the early 1900's. Kathleen Milner has developed a set of standards for teaching Reiki and uses the Tera-Mai name to identifty that these standards are used in the training.

There are three levels to Tera-Mai Reiki Training. Level I is an introduction to the energies and will give participants the skills to start using Reiki on themelves and friends. Level II introduces Reiki Symbols and goes deeper into the uses of the energies. Level III gives participants the ability to pass on the teachings of the previous two levels to others
