Angel Times Wellness is celebrating 22 wonderful years, and we would love you to join us for a very special evening of wellbeing, connection and celebration. Connect & Celebrate is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down, take a breath and spend some time nurturing yourself.

Hosted by Janet Kingston, Rachel Stuart and Martina Aylmer, this special evening brings together meditation, grounding, group healing, journaling, angel guidance and connection — all in the warm and welcoming surroundings of Angel Times Wellness.

What will the evening include?

-          Welcome & Settling In

We’ll begin by welcoming you, helping you settle in and giving you a chance to relax with a cup of tea and connect with the group.

-          Guided Meditation & Grounding

We’ll start with a gentle guided meditation and grounding session, giving you the opportunity to quieten the mind, become present and leave the outside world behind for a while.

-          Group Healing

Janet, Rachel and Martina will come together to offer a beautiful group healing experience, creating a calm and supportive space for relaxation, balance and wellbeing.

-          Journaling & Reflection

You’ll then be guided through some gentle journaling and reflection, allowing you some quiet time to connect with yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings, and consider what you may wish to release or welcome into your life.

-          Choose Your Angel Card

To finish, each person will have the opportunity to choose one angel card. Martina will then interpret the card for you and share the message and guidance it may hold.

-          Tea, Connection & Celebration

There will also be time throughout the evening to enjoy tea, meet others, chat, connect and celebrate 22 years of Angel Times Wellness together.

A €20 Booking Deposit

We want this to be a free celebration evening, but to help us ensure that everyone who books is committed to attending, there is a €20 booking deposit.

The lovely part is that your full €20 is redeemable against products at Angel Times Wellness on the evening.

So you can enjoy a beautiful evening of meditation, healing, reflection, angel guidance and connection — and then use your €20 towards something special for yourself.
